Return Policy

Because the items we sell are electronics and high ticket items, please note that we do not accept returns of any kind. Nobody wants to buy batteries or chargers that have traveled across the country twice over, nor that may have been used regardless of how short a period of time. Whatever items you purchase from our online store, you can rest assured the products are fresh and you are the first person to ever touch them following their initial packaging. Beyond the fact batteries are heavy and costly to ship, they are also classified as dangerous goods, this makes shipping them very complicated. For this reason, it is best to ensure you figure out what your needs are before placing an order. Our team of very knowledgeable and efficient staff in both our sales/customer service and technical support departments are always ready to assist you. Battery Warranty Policy

1. As of January 2024 our batteries now come with a five-year full replacement warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. No fine print, no waiting months to get it repaired and no extra pro-rated costs to be paid out. Please understand that batteries purchased prior to January 2024 came with a three-year warranty at their time of purchase and we cannot extend their warranty to our present five-year term – thank you for your understanding.

2. This warranty does not however cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident, nor does it cover normal wear and tear.

3. Please note: breaking the seal of the lid of your battery to inspect its inner components, as well as modifying the factory BMS programming configurations will instantly void your warranty.

4. If you start having issues with your battery, please contact our technical support team at [email protected] to troubleshoot what issue(s) you may be experiencing.

5. Because we understand you have an exciting life and a defective battery can be a serious downer. If your battery is found to be defective by a member of our staff, we will replace your battery free of charge, including courier signed for delivery, to get you back up and running as soon as possible.

6. Please be advised: warranties do not tranfer over.
